This page explains what happens to the photos and details you share when you request a commission.

What you send

The commission form collects your name, email, optional phone number, pet details, a message, and the reference photos you upload.

How it is used

Photos and notes are used only to quote, paint, and communicate about your commission. They are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and emailed to the artist. They are not sold or used for advertising.

How long it is kept

Submissions stay available while a commission is active. Older files may be deleted after delivery, or kept as an archive of the finished work if you do not ask otherwise.

Showing finished work

Finished portraits may appear in the gallery. Customer reference photos are shown only with permission. Ask if you would prefer a piece not to be shared.

Payments

Payment is handled later through Stripe or PayPal. Those companies process card or wallet details — this site does not store payment card numbers.

Analytics

If the site is proxied through Cloudflare, privacy-first Web Analytics may measure page performance. It does not use advertising cookies.
